Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
Take about 10 oz. of ham, and dice into 1-inch cubes.

Coat the muffin pan with baking spray.

Line the bottom of the pan with diced ham and grated cheese.

Beat eggs, then add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
3 cups Liquid eggs,
1½ tsp Salt,
1½ tsp Ground black pepper
Pour into shells over ham and cheese.
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until custard is set and golden on top.
Let cool before slicing.
