Ingredients
  

  • 10 oz. Ham finely chopped
  • 10 oz. Cheese shredded
  • 3 cups Liquid eggs
  • tsp Salt
  • tsp Ground black pepper
  • Baking spray

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
  • Take about 10 oz. of ham, and dice into 1-inch cubes.

  • Coat the muffin pan with baking spray.

  • Line the bottom of the pan with diced ham and grated cheese.
    10 oz. Cheese, 10 oz. Ham
  • Beat eggs, then add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
    3 cups Liquid eggs, 1½ tsp Salt, 1½ tsp Ground black pepper
  • Pour into shells over ham and cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until custard is set and golden on top.
  • Let cool before slicing.
