Coconut Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Coconut flakes
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- ⅙ cup Condensed milk
- ½ Pineapple
- 10 Shrimp cooked
- Pepper
Instructions
- Cut pineapple in half.½ Pineapple
- Lay your pineapple crown on its side and remove the core.
- Then remove the pineapple chunk from the inside.
- Set the pineapple bowl aside for assembly.
- Cut the pineapple chunks into bite-size cubes.
- Place the cubes in a separate large bowl.
- Add shrimp, a touch of salt and some pepper, as well as 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/6 cup of condensed milk and coconut flakes.¼ cup Mayonnaise, ⅙ cup Condensed milk, 10 Shrimp, Pepper
- Mix the ingredients and place in a pineapple.
- Serve in the pineapple bowl.
