Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz. Coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup Mayonnaise
  • cup Condensed milk
  • ½ Pineapple
  • 10 Shrimp cooked
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut pineapple in half.
    ½ Pineapple
  • Lay your pineapple crown on its side and remove the core.
  • Then remove the pineapple chunk from the inside.
  • Set the pineapple bowl aside for assembly.
  • Cut the pineapple chunks into bite-size cubes.
  • Place the cubes in a separate large bowl.
  • Add shrimp, a touch of salt and some pepper, as well as 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/6 cup of condensed milk and coconut flakes.
    ¼ cup Mayonnaise, ⅙ cup Condensed milk, 10 Shrimp, Pepper
  • Mix the ingredients and place in a pineapple.
  • Serve in the pineapple bowl.
