Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup Tempura mix
  • 2 cups Cold water
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Sweet chili
  • 6 pcs Raw shrimps 8 to 12 inch
  • Scallion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the fryer to 350 °F
  • In a large bowl combine the tempura mix with cold water
    1 ½ cup Tempura mix, 2 cups Cold water
  • Make the sauce by mixing sweet chili and condensed milk in a separate bowl
    1/4 cup Sweet chili, 1 cup Condensed milk
  • Peel the shrimp, get rid of the tails
    6 pcs Raw shrimps
  • Deep the shrimp into tempura mix until fully coated
  • Deep fry the shrimp and place on a paper towel to remove the excess oil
