Preheat the fryer to
350
°F
In a large bowl combine the tempura mix with cold water
1 ½ cup Tempura mix,
2 cups Cold water
Make the sauce by mixing sweet chili and condensed milk in a separate bowl
1/4 cup Sweet chili,
1 cup Condensed milk
Peel the shrimp, get rid of the tails
6 pcs Raw shrimps
Deep the shrimp into tempura mix until fully coated
Deep fry the shrimp and place on a paper towel to remove the excess oil
