Ham and Cheese Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
- 10 oz. Ham finely chopped
- 10 oz. Cheese shredded
- 3 cups Liquid eggs
- 1½ tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Ground black pepper
- Baking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
- Take about 10 oz. of ham, and dice into 1-inch cubes.10 oz. Ham
- Coat the muffin pan with baking spray.Baking spray
- Line the bottom of the pan with diced ham and grated cheese.10 oz. Cheese, 10 oz. Ham
- Beat eggs, then add salt and ground black pepper to taste.3 cups Liquid eggs, 1½ tsp Salt, 1½ tsp Ground black pepper
- Pour into shells over ham and cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes or until custard is set and golden on top.
- Let cool before slicing.
